When people come to me to buy food, I don't want them to just eat. I want people to let go of the stress that the daily grind puts on us all, if only for a moment. The concept of KW Roots is to generate a peaceful and positive well being, not just serve food. With that in mind, I've been working vigorously on recipes and am exploring delivery methods. I hope to be fully operational by the end of Summer as a street vendor in Staunton, VA. What's next? Catering, festivals, the world. I aim to use food to generate a positive well-being for my customers, and I hope to meet you on this journey.
